Reduced prices of 25% are on offer for days booked over 2 weeks.
Days of non-occupancy that do not make up a full week will be charged at 25% of the daily rate. During the World Cup month, the minimum booking is 7 days (unless a longer stay is not possible due to prior bookings both sides of the desired time frame).
Credit card payments are accepted for security deposit payments, but not for reservations. |
Terms & Conditions:
50% of the rental sum is payable upon booking. The balance is due up to 4 weeks prior to occupancy.
A R 5,000 security deposit (or foreign currency equivalent) is payable at the handing over of the keys at the beginning of your stay, refundable in full if no damages or losses are incurred. |
Check-in time: 3pm / Check-out time: 11am, unless previously arranged (10am for same day changeovers)
A one-off charge of R 700 for check-in and out, cleaning, garden, pool and laundry services will be added to the above rates. |
