Terms and Conditions when confirming a booking :
Deposit for one night stay is 100%. Two nights or longer is 50%.
Balance is payable on arrival except long weekends and Peak Season where balance is payable 14 days before arrival date.
Direct fund transfers to Eastbury Cottage from Foreign Banks must be free of any Bank charges or commissions. These costs will be payable on arrival with balance of account.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 14 days and less before arrival date forfeits the deposit.
Cancellation 21 days-14 days before arrival date forfeits 75% of the deposit
Cancellation 21-30 days before arrival date forfeits 50% of the deposit. Cancellation administration fee 10% of deposit for all bookings canceled longer than 30 days before arrival date.

DIRECTIONS: There are presently road works in the Village. From direction of Cape Town please follow the Main Road into Hermanus and proceed through both 2 traffic circles. After the 2nd circle (at the Marine Hotel). Turn next left into Stemmet and second right into Luyt. We are no 36 Luyt Street.
